Description The kegmenter pressurizing kit allows kegmentors to be used either as pressure fermenters for maturation and carbonation of beer, or to be used as kegs for transport and storage of finished beer, cider or other beverage, with Ball-Lock caps. The pressure kit comes with a red pressure relief valve (which opens at 2.5 bar – its thread is compatible with Cornelius type pressure relief valves). The set includes an 80 cm silicone immersion hose with a stainless steel float that keeps the mouth of the hose just below the surface. Thanks to this, beer will always be sucted from the upper 2.5 cm below the surface – only the cleanest beer without settled sludge will be pumped from the kegmenter. Technical parameters : Diameter 119mm / DN100 (4″) for use with a TriClamp hole, Clamp and gasket. After purchasing a kegmenter pressurization set, you can let ferment and mature your beer under pressure. Maximal working pressure 2.5 bar – possibility of carbonation and fermentation of beer in one container.
