Use this 22 oz plastic spray bottle to moisten the Kraft Paper for dust covers. By moistening the Kraft paper with a uniform spray of water, you prepare the paper for shrinking. As the paper dries its shrinks and pulls up as tight as a drum. Then it can be trimmed with a Traditional Dust Cover Trimmer for a professional looking dust cover on the back of the frame.
