Description Overview Features Specifications Additional Information Overview GAO-WTP-101 with 20 Ports is a high-density transponder which adopts the advanced technology ASIC chip and can be used for Metro Access and Metro Aggregation optical transport network. It is able to provide the functionality of transport, multiplexing, switching, management, supervision and survivability of optical channels carrying client signals. It has been designed to provide support for optical networking using wavelength-division multiplexing (WDM). This GAOTek transponder is fully compliant with ITU-T standards, such as G.709 and G.798.
