Description Overview The GAOTek Clamp-On Ultrasonic Flow Meter with Wireless IoT Communication is an ultrasonic liquid flow meter designed using the principle of time difference. It can obtain the flow rate in the pipeline by measuring the time difference between upstream and downstream transmission and is suitable for pipelines between Ø6 and Ø110mm. The GAOTek uses advanced integrated circuit technology, which can effectively achieve the design principle of anti-noise, high accuracy, and low energy consumption, and has RS485 Modbus (RTU), 4 to 20mA, OCT (NPN), Relay output, and can also be selected LoRa, NB-IoT wireless communication function, which has a wide range of use and can meet the needs of customers for traffic detection. Features There is no need to stop the production line, easy installation and fast data acquisition Non-contact measurement, no moving parts, no pressure loss Suitable for a wide range of pipe sizes between Ø6 and Ø110 mm It can measure stainless steel, carbon steel, copper pipe, PVC, PTFE, PFA, PVDF and other pipe materials 2.4″ IPS LCD display for viewing data in low-light environments With a perpetual calendar, it can be used for year, month and day cumulative flow viewing Built-in RS485 Modbus (RTU), DC 4~20mA, Relay, OCT output signals Internet of Things LoRa and NB-IoT wireless communication functions can be selected Technical Specifications: Precision ±2.0% R.D.(0.3 m/s to 5.0m/s) Reaction speed 50ms Measuring range 0.1 m/s to 5.0m/s Parameter setting method 4-button operation Electrical Specifications Working power supply DC 24V Signal output DC 4 to 20mA; Relay*1;RS485 Modbus(RTU) Display 2.4 in (60.96 cm) IPS LCD (Display unit: m³/h, LPM, GPM, LPH, ml/min) Digital output OCT(NPN) Ingress protection IP65 Mechanical Specifications Housing material Aluminum alloy Fixation Clamp type Environmental conditions Ambient humidity 0 % to 95 %RH (non-condensing) Work pressure ≥3bar Operating temperature 14°F to 122°F (-10℃ to 50℃); 14°F to 132°F (-10℃ to 60℃)
