Clear Circle Bevel-3″

I purchased a 3″ beveled circle online and at the time of check out paid the $6.00 “small package” fee. I then received an email informing me I had a PayPal request for an additional $15.50. So for a $3, three inch beveled circle I am to pay $21.50 shipping for a piece of round glass that will fit into a mailing envelope???? I don’t think so!!!!!
